A different version of the traditional blessing which I personally love;
May the road rise to meet you
May the wind be at your back
May the sun shine soft upon your face
May the rain fall soft upon your fields
And may you be half an hour in Heaven
Before the Devil knows you're dead!
And for the true Irish among us - Chocolate Guinness Cake. Yum!!
